First stage of Pasefika Housing completed on Ngati Toa leasehold land.

Last week saw the outcome of a collective vision, between The Crown, Ngati Toa and Pasefika, with the delivery of 17 new homes in Porirua East. The first stage (of a total 300 planned) were designed and delivered by Pasefika for Pasefika.

The programme, (funded by $115m from Ministry of Pacific Peoples and MHuD), built on Ngati Toa leasehold land by South Coast Construction, will see the first families move into these affordable homes in time for the first of many Christmases. Read more here…
