Kenepuru Landing is Ngāti Toa’s flagship residential development, with over 700 homes planned for this centrally located whenua.

Stages 1 & 2 were completed as part of a JV with Carrus in 2021. Stage 3a & b civils works have delivered 110 lots for sale to the open market, 70 of which have been sold to our Group Home Build Partners for further (vertical) development.
