In March of 2022, Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira (Ngāti Toa) established its own in-house Development Management entity, Toa Developments Limited.

This small, but experienced team is responsible for the portfolio of residential and commercial property developments across the Ngāti Toa rohe, from strategy through to delivery.
